What we collect

• Account info — email and any profile details you provide (display name, weight unit, training goal).
• Workout data — workouts, sets, exercises, PRs, and related stats you log.
• Voice transcripts — when you use the voice logging feature, audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Audio is not stored after transcription.

How we use it

• To run the app — store and sync your workouts across devices.
• To power AI features — your transcripts and recent workout history are sent to OpenAI to generate logged sets and answer your training questions.

Who we share it with

• Supabase — our database provider. Stores all workout data under row-level security keyed to your user account.
• OpenAI — processes voice transcription and AI interactions. OpenAI does not train models on data sent through the API.
• We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from the app's Settings screen, or by emailing support@repsai.fit.
